How to Set Your Preferences In Intergy EHR
1. Log in to Intergy ​EHR
2. Log in to a patient account
3. Click on the COG icon on the right of the screen above the purple box
4. You can now customize:

Chart Navigation
-
Patient Summary
-
Encounter Details
5. Click Save

How to Set PROVIDER Preferences In Intergy EHR
1. Log in to Intergy ​EHR
2. Click on Intergy EHR dropdown in upper left corner
3. Select Preferences
4. Select Encounter Note

How to Add to Pt Problem List
1. Log in to Intergy EHR
2. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the patient button
3. Search for & select the patient
4. Select the drop-down arrow from the Problems section on the Facesheet
5. Click Add New
6. Search by Findings (patients chart) or ICD (name of any and all conditions)
7. Click on the problem you would like and click on the Select button
8. Specialty: Endocrinology
9. Select appropriate chronicity
10. Select appropriate status
11. Leave confidentiality at Normal
12. Leave date and time as populated
13. Select appropriate laterality
14. Add any comments needed
15. Click Save
16. Double click item to: Edit, show history, patient education, or reference information

How to Send an Rx From the Facesheet
1. Log in to Intergy EHR
2. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the patient button
3. Search for & select the patient
4. Select the drop-down arrow from the Medications section on the Facesheet
5. Select New Rx
6. If there is no encounter, you will need to create a new encounter
a. Date and time will auto-populate
b. Select provider
c. Select location
d. Select reason: Rx Refill Request
e. Encounter class: Scheduled/walk-in
7. Do not check either box
8. Click Save
9. Select the "All Drugs" tab at the top of the pop-up box
10. Type medication you are looking for (e.g. Synthroid)
11. Select the description that you want or click New Drug to add something new
12. Pop up box for Rx details will appear
Drug: Synthroid
Diagnosis: select the drop-down to look for a diagnosis code (all/patient/favorite) - E03.8
Sig: select the drop-down to look for a sig and select description (e.g. qd = once a day)
Quantity: 30
Days: 30
Refills: 2
13. Click in the bolt in the chat bubble to save to your favorites (especially in the pat. instructions)
14. Select provider
15. Select pharmacy
16. Via (electronic transmission or other)
17. Click save
18. This also adds to medications on the factsheet
19. Clicking on the medication will show you the most recent Rx and when/how it was sent

From this screen, you can also renew Rx, discontinue, request a renewal, make a note, and give patients education.

How to Add Lab Order During a Patient Visit
1. Log in to Intergy EHR
2. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the patient button
3. Search for & select the patient
4. Click on Encounter in the purple area
5. Click on Note to access the note for day
a. Forms
b. Shared
6. Once there is a diagnosis in the patient chart, you can put in orders
7. Go to the Harvest tab and select the lab you want to order by their subgroup
a. Click on the lab
8. Enter the following information:
a. Diagnosis - When you select the diagnosis drop down, all Dx codes from that visit will appear
b. Facility
c. Order was relayed verbally
d. When Save Order Mark As Ordered
9. Click Ok
10. Click Save
11. Go to the Order tab to see all orders
12. Double Click to edit or void

How to Add a Lab Order When a Patient is Not Scheduled
1. Log in to Intergy EHR
2. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the patient button
3. Search for & select the patient
4. Click on Encounter in the purple area and find an appropriate encounter to add to
5. Click on Orders/Charges
6. Go to the Harvest tab and select the lab you want to order by their subgroup
a. Click on the lab
7. Click on a favorite diagnosis from the left column
8. Enter the following information:
a. Diagnosis - When you select the diagnosis drop down, all Dx codes from that visit will appear
b. Facility
c. Order was relayed verbally
d. When Save Order Mark As Ordered
9. Click Ok
10. Click Save
11. Go to the Order tab to see all orders
12. Double Click to edit or void

How to View and Edit Patient Correspondence (i.e. Lab Order Form)
1. Log in to Intergy EHR
2. Click on the blue Intergy EHR dropdown in the upper left corner
3. Select Setup
4. Select Document Template Setup
5. Expand the patient + sign
6. Click on the document you would like to edit
7. Press the edit button
8. Right click in the letter to insert auto-populated information (i.e. pt demographics or facility info etc.)
